Despite being in a convenient location near downtown shopping and restaurants, my stay at the hotel was disappointing. The rooms had a terrible odor due to their rushed cleaning process, and I had to endure a smoking room converted to non-smoking that triggered my allergies. During the winter storm in Texas, my stay at the hotel with 2 queen beds was very comfortable. The rooms offered very comfortable beds and a good bathroom with excellent complimentary toiletries. However, the dining experience was not very good and a bit expensive. The location was perfect for what I was wanting, very close to great restaurants and shops.

The in-season bats were a unique touch, and the rooms were spacious and convenient to most sightseeing spots. However, service was lacking efficiency due to difficulties in heating and required complaints to receive attention. Despite this, the staff was nice. The perfect location near downtown shopping and restaurants offers great convenience, and the nearby attractions and parks make it an ideal spot for families. Dining services need improvement in terms of timing and quality. The facilities are overall adequate, catering to essential needs.
